Joplin, Bronwyn Stacey
nee Reynolds, 48, of Phoenix, passed away peacefully in her sleep January 4, 2010 at her residence. Born June 1, 1961 in New York, to James and Margaret Reynolds. Bronwyn moved to Scottsdale in June of 1974 with her mother and sister Briann. She was a 1979 graduate of Scottsdale High School and then went on to earn her graduate degree from Emerson College in Boston. Over the last 20 years Bronwyn has lived in Ireland, Chicago, Washington DC, Iowa, and Philadelphia, returning home to the Valley last December. Bronwyn's extraordinary compassion, kindness and deep desire to help people in need were felt all over the world including Italy, Ireland, England, South Africa, Congo and Zimbabwe. Bronwyn will be greatly missed by all that knew her but most especially by her loving husband, Alan; sisters, Connie Howard, and Briann Lippold, her sisters in life, Ann (Evans) Smith, Betsy Goreham, Cahty Stulik, Kathy (Shupe) Mutschler, Lisa McCalmont, and Vikki (Moore) James, as well as her other siblings Nancy Drabik, Pat Fincher, Chris and Jim Reynolds. Bronwyn was preceded in death by her beloved son, Declan Xavier O'Brien Joplin and her parents. A service celebrating Bronwyn's life will be held at 4:00pm, Saturday, January 9th at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Road, Scottsdale, AZ. Kathleen Shupe (Mutschler)

I think about Bronwyn all the time. She was so dear to me. She always helped me to see the world with clarity . 

i miss her everyday. i am blessed to still have vik and ann betsy and cathy  in my life everyday!!!
